Lea joined the Association as the Director of Visitor Services & Experience for The People’s House in August 2024. She has previously held several visitor-centric positions at Washington National Cathedral, most recently serving as the Tourism Operations Manager. Originally from New York, she holds a BA in Sociology from SUNY Geneseo and an MA in Arts Management from American University.
