Jessica Fredericks joined the Association in 2017 to serve as the primary interface for the media and the point of contact for each White House administration, its corresponding staff, and the White House Press Pool regarding all facets of White House history and Association communications. She coordinates with the First Lady’s communications team on relevant announcements/projects and engages with key organizations/partners including the White House Correspondents’ Association and presidential libraries. Jessica also proactively positions the Association with earned media opportunities and coordinates messaging / representation of the Association. Jessica works with all departments of the Association including retail, publications, development, and the David M. Rubenstein National Center for White House History. Her previous experience includes serving as Public Relations and Publications Manager with The Washington Ballet, and as anchor, reporter, and producer at WAMU, Washington’s NPR station. She holds an MA in Strategic Communication from American University and a BA in journalism from the University of Central Florida.
