Louise Dubé

Louise Dubé serves as the Executive Director of iCivics — the largest civic education provider in our nation. iCivics engages over 5 million students in meaningful civic learning every year. Founded by Sandra Day O’Connor, iCivics is the winner of many awards including Fast Company’s 2017 Top 10 Most Innovative Education Companies, Reimagine Education’s Teaching and Delivery award and the MacArthur Foundation’s Award for Creative and Effective Institutions. In addition, Ms. Dubé is a DRK entrepreneur, and won the People’s Voice award from the Diller Von Furstenberg Foundation.
Ms. Dubé co-founded CASES, a New York alternative-to-incarceration program where education helped re-shape lives. Since then, Ms. Dubé has successfully led growth organizations that make and deliver engaging digital education experiences. She served as the Managing Director of Digital Learning at WGBH where she helped launch PBS LearningMedia, a platform reaching over 1.5 million educators. Previously, Ms. Dubé served as President of Pangea Tools, an educational software start-up successfully acquired by Houghton Mifflin. As President of Soliloquy Learning, Ms. Dubé structured the sale of the company to Scientific Learning where she served as Vice President and General Manager of Speech Products.
Ms. Dubé began her career as an attorney in Montreal, Canada, and holds a law degree from McGill University, as well as an MBA from Yale University.
